The highly anticipated UNwineD festival is set to return to Panama City Beach, presented by Publix. Taking place on March 28-29 at Aaron Bessant Park, this premier culinary event will showcase a diverse selection of craft beer, wine, and spirits. Attendees will also enjoy gourmet cuisine prepared by some of the South’s leading chefs.

This year’s festival highlights include guest chef Kelsey Barnard Clark, a James Beard semifinalist and Top Chef Season 16 winner, along with acclaimed food and wine expert Michael Green.

Exclusive Rombauer Wine Dinner

The festival kicks off on March 27 with an exclusive Rombauer Wine Dinner hosted at Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant and Waterfront Market. Limited to just 40 guests, this intimate gathering will feature exceptional wines from Rombauer Vineyards, thoughtfully paired with gourmet dishes. According to event organizers, this elegant evening is designed for wine enthusiasts to connect while enjoying a top-tier dining experience at one of Panama City Beach’s most iconic restaurants.

Tickets for the Rombauer Dinner are priced at $250 per person and are initially available to those who have already purchased a weekend pass. After a 10-day priority window, any remaining tickets will be offered to the public as part of a $335 package, which includes both the Rombauer Dinner and early entry to UNwineD. Additionally, an exclusive preview party on March 28, hosted by Southern Living and Visit Panama City Beach, will provide early access to the festival for $195 per person.

Grand Afternoon Tasting and Festival Activities

On March 29, the festival’s main event, the “Grand Afternoon Tasting,” begins at 1 p.m., with early-entry ticket holders gaining access at noon. Guests will have the opportunity to sample a variety of fine wines, craft beers, and exceptional cuisine.

Beyond the tastings, festivalgoers can enjoy engaging wine seminars, cooking demonstrations, and live performances from talented local musicians. A key highlight of this year’s festival is the introduction of the Cigar and Bourbon Lounge, offering guests a refined setting to savor premium cigars and hand-selected bourbons.
