The Ohio Wine Producers Association is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its annual Vintage Ohio festival with a special flash sale. This two-day event, highlighting Ohio-made wines, will take place on Friday and Saturday, August 1-2, at Lake Farmpark in Kirtland. A limited number of discounted tickets will be available by phone only starting at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 19, and the sale will end after 500 tickets are sold.
Flash sale general admission tickets are priced at $33, which is a discount from the regular advance price of $39 and the $42 cost at the gate. A special VIP option is also being offered. VIP ticket holders will gain early access to the event at noon, enjoy award-winning Ohio wines, and have access to a private area with music, extra seating, and light snacks.

Celebrate 30 Years with Exclusive VIP Access to Ohio’s Premier Wine Festival Experience
VIP tickets during the flash sale will cost $70. For those who decide to upgrade to VIP status at the event, the cost will be an additional $45 on top of the regular gate admission. The VIP section adds a premium experience for wine enthusiasts looking to taste some of the best wines Ohio has to offer.
Executive Director Donniella Winchell expressed amazement at reaching the 30-year milestone, reflecting on how fast time has passed. She emphasized the importance of Vintage Ohio as more than just a festival, calling it a tool for growing and promoting the state’s wine industry. Despite poor weather affecting attendance last year, which drew 3,000 guests, typical turnout ranges between 6,500 and 7,500 attendees.
