Sour cherry, wild berry, oak, plums and prunes, all at an incredibly affordable price. A refreshing , immediately drinkable and undeniably satisfying.

    I had a bottle of the 2006 last night with an Indian takeaway. Great stuff — I think the 2006 is better than 2005 and is probably the best ‘white label’ one they have done.

    If you’re in the UK you should try the Tesco Finest Beyers Truter which has had some barrel aging. Its triff and only £7.99
